Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
– Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for return or exchanges.
– Returns and refunds will only be considered for damage and wrong products.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a secure package to prevent damage during transit.
4. Include Documentation: Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
5. Shipping the Return Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing the Return
– Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return and issue the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
